1: Sketch Layouts

With layouts, one can portray a sketch very realistically. Floors and interior arrangements are represented attractively. A layout connects the spatial information of a sketch with the possibilities of a modern multimedia presentation. The dwelling is presented fully furnished to the potential buyer.

2: 3D Perspectives, Interior/Exterior

With 3D perspectives, a house, which has not yet been built, can be ‘photographed’ from the excavation stage and henceforth sold. Time is money and a picture says more than a thousand well-meaning words of ones broker. Thus the layman can immediately recognise the attractive side of the specific development without having to understand building plans!

3: Photo Simulation and 3D

With the photo simulation, the computer-generated perspectives are merged with the real surroundings. Only now the building is recognizable in the context of the beautiful landscape in the background and the neighbouring developments.

4: 3D Animation

Aided by a computer film on DVD, an object can be fully explained to the potential buyer in a matter of minutes, inside and out. This ensures the buyer feels secure about the object he is buying, having felt as though he has already seen the finished product! With computer animation, the positive aspects of the real estate can be portrayed in the ‘right light’. Contrary to a wooden model, a DVD can be copied a thousand fold, distributed internationally and merged with homepages! Computer simulation films draw attention to themselves in business meetings, trade shows and exhibition windows of businesses.

5: Advertising

The commercial contains a computer simulation, however, these are supplemented by merging real footage of the surrounding environment of the real estate. Similarly to a cinema commercial, a presenter and actors advertise the object, playing an emotional role with background music. The commercial can, for example, emphasise positive aspects of the area, such as excellent traffic routes or high living standard. Is it in close proximity to the city centre, the airport, and the shops and good restaurants? With commercials, exactly this is descriptively clarified.

6: Computer simulations during the planning process

Frequently owners, architects and investors are not sure what the building is to look like. With computer simulation a building can be changed constantly without wasting money on expensive concrete remodelling! A 3D model simulates a building and is only transposed into building plans once all concerned parties are 100% sure.

7: Computer aided model construction

A machine reads the 3D data and produces an exact replica of the architectural model within minutes, made of ceramic or alternative materials, in colour, black or white. This saves time, money and mistakes made by inexact manually laboured models.

8: Architectural and hand-drawn sketches

Does the client feel the computer-generated representation to ‘impersonal’ or ‘technical’? Perhaps it lacks the personal touch of an artist? Or it simply looks to ‘perfect’ or ‘finished’ to be the ‘first draft’? No Problem! The computer-generated perspectives can be used as a basis for architectural and hand-drawn sketches. Thus a perfect computer perspective is transferred into an architectural or hand-drawn sketch.

9: 3D Modelling of Furniture, Interiordesign

We model based on photos and sketches furniture and interior architecture, as well the interior of boats and yachts.

10: Training

As Specialists in the programs Allplan FT and Cinema 4D we organise single training and group lectures enabling professionals order to use the software in the best and quickest possible way. "On the job" we teach the employees of complete offices, so that under immense deadline stress the lack of adequate software knowledge will not endanger end results. As CAD emergency service we spend several days or weeks "on site" until excellent productivity in utilising the applications is achieved.
